Why did my subscription get automatically cancelled?

Modified on Fri, 27 Mar at 11:59 AM

It's rare we cancel a subscription without request, however there are a few reasons this may occur:

1. Invalid Activation: If the subscription you have joined is on a waitlist system and we believe you joined without an invitation, your subscription may be cancelled to keep it fair to those on the waitlist.

2. Cancellation Due to Inactivity: Our subscriptions have skip rules in place, which you can view here. If your subscription exceeds the number of skips allowed (4 per year on monthly subscriptions, 0 for quarterly subscriptions), your subscription may be cancelled for inactivity. This measure is in place to prevent accumulating unpaid services and to streamline our subscription management.

3. Unresolved Payment Disputes: If we receive a payment dispute for your account, a member of our team will reach out and attempt to resolve this before orders are cancelled. However, in the event of unresolved disputes/no contact from the customer, your orders may automatically be cancelled.
