How do I skip a month?

If you have a monthly subscription plan, you can skip an upcoming subscription renewal in your account on our website. To do this, go to your account and under your account click subscriptions:

Select the subscription you would like to skip and then skip an upcoming renewal by clicking the "Skip next payment" button in to your subscription:

The skip function only allows you to skip one box at a time, but if you would like to skip two boxes in a row please contact us and our team can arrange this for you.

If you have a 3 or 6 month subscription plan, please note that skipping your renewal will skip the next 3/6 month period, not just one box. You are unable to skip boxes within a prepaid period.
