How often can I skip a box?

You can skip up to 4 times per every 12 months per subscription. The skip function only allows you to skip one box at a time, but if you would like to skip two boxes in a row or more please contact us and our team can arrange this for you.

Your 12 month period will begin from when you decide to skip your first box. For example, if you skip the October 2022 box, then you will have 4 skips available to use anytime from October 2022 until October 2023. The skips will reset to 4 in October 2023, as this starts a new 12 month period.
